- The glossy surface of the jewellery that reflects the light is polki or glass.
- The border of the polki or kundan jewellery that holds the polki or glass is 24k gold or kundan.
- The mirror finish of the polki or kundan jewellery comes from the silver foiling on the surface made of silver.

- Preventing your kundan or polki jewellery is very important from coming in contact with every kind of spray like perfumes, fresheners, insect killers etc. things like this can tarnish your jewellery.
- We suggest you not keep your jewellery in velvet, suede or any kind of fancy jewellery box which is made of such material. If you keep your jewellery for a few hours then it is alright like gifting it to someone or travelling with your jewellery but doesn’t store it forever. This is because the glue that is used to glue the material in the box is fresh or maybe something else can damage your jewellery.
